We’re on the lookout for an avid Social Media Manager to inspire, educate and motivate our audiences through our social media channels. An opportunity awaits for a talented individual to develop and execute best-in-class social media channels
Reporting to our Head of Brand Marketing, you will be a social media expert and creative thinker who is enthusiastic and beauty and fashion obsessed, with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
This role is key in shaping our global strategy, uniting brand, hair creative, salon, and product streams. With expertise in crafting successful organic and paid campaigns, you'll lead social and digital initiatives to reach set KPI’s, collaborating closely with internal teams and our in-house creative studio.
The Social Media Manager will be the brand guardian, to lead our tone of voice and amplify this in content and across our social channels. They will work closely with the team to understand brand and marketing direction, but also to build out localised plans.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and lead social media at TONI&GUY/LABEL.M, be the expert within the business applying out-of-the-box thinking to content styles that are aligned with the brand's identity and marketing objectives across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok
Activate Social Calendars - in line with the Brand and Marketing plans, taking overall responsibility for liaising with all teams involved.
Continue to build and own the social strategy - maximise existing content across relevant social media platforms and develop fresh ideas to promote brand awareness, engagement and drive fan acquisition
Develop visually rich content that proves to be powerful in influencing our consumer decision-making process when booking or buying from our brands.
Build partnerships with social media platforms and drive broader business awareness of platforms and trends
2) Content Creation
Generate original, consumer-friendly, high-quality content that showcases TONI&GUY services and LABEL.M products
Develop & lead a ‘content army,’ delivering content initiatives fit for purpose and utilised across all channels (including but not limited to owned, paid, CRM)
Deliver content which ensures harmonious & consistent storytelling across channels, while bringing the brand TOV to life.
Manage creation of all social channel content briefs to support agreed projects Identify trending topics and work to create reactive content with our design studio.
3) Campaign Management
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote TONI&GUY services, events, and LABEL.M product launches and offers.
Identify opportunities and manage Paid Media activity across social media accounts based on current campaigns, always on activity and brand focuses.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise engagement and reach.
Identify relevant brand collaborations & drive future partnerships.
4) Community Engagement:
Lead and maintain unique tone of voice of the brands across all social touch points.
Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage audience participation.
5) Social Media Support
Develop social media education, including development of seminars and education tools / toolkits to promote best in class quality of salon and brand content
Support UK salon partners and global partners with guidance and assets to promote their local activities
Create a content strategy that intertwines branded and native content to local channels.
6) TikTok Shop Management
Stay current with TikTok trends and leverage the platform to create engaging and shareable content.
Own and manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop from product set up to analytics and reporting.
Provide recommendations on driving revenue through regular analysis of customer sell-through, inventory and KPIs
Define strategic partnerships with key influencers/content creators and manage collaborations.
Work directly with the Account Managers at TikTok to continuously optimise strategy.
7) Trend Analysis:
Be at the forefront of social & content trends algorithm changes, AI and SEO strategies
Monitor social media trends & stay up to date with relevant tech advancements
Analyse competitor activity & industry trends on a regular basis, summarising & sharing findings with the broader team.
Implement innovative and trending ideas to keep TONI&GUY and LABE.M Haircare ahead in the digital landscape.
8) Performance Analytics
Utilise social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and provide insights to optimise content strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (3-4 Years) or similar role in the Hair/Beauty/Fashion/Luxury industry or knowledge of Fashion and premium brand behaviour.
Proven & successful track record in driving sales and key business metrics through developing and executing successful social media campaigns
Creative but also analytical and strategic.
Deep understanding of the full marketing mix and the role social plays.
Experience in content creation – pre, mid and post-production.
Proficient in video and photo editing.
Good knowledge on Facebook Ads manager, TikTok advertising and other paid social media tools
Strong creative skills and knowledge using native social media tools (i.e Instagram stories and TikTok)
Confident in monitoring and reporting social KPI’s.
Advanced in using reporting tools.
Ability to understand commercial priorities and respond accordingly.
Mentoring and coaching skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and any other content editing tools will be a bonus!
Strong self-awareness, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, creative, and entirely flexible; thrives on positive change.
A positive and proactive approach and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Attention to detail and good organisational skills are essential.
Flexible and adaptable to commit fully to this highly demanding role particularly in areas where there are multiple stakeholders.
