Night Support Worker (Maternity Cover)
Full Time 37.5 hours per week Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) - 9 month contract
Working Pattern: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (8.00pm 8.00am) on a rolling rota, plus 1.5 hours per week for meetings and training.

You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment throughout the night for our residents. While others are asleep, you'll be there to provide reassurance, respond to emergencies and help residents through some of their most challenging moments.
This is much more than a front-of-house role. It's about building trust, promoting wellbeing and helping young people feel safe, heard and supported when many other services are unavailable.

Experience working in housing, supported accommodation, homelessness, youth work, social care, mental health or customer service would be advantageous, but most importantly we're looking for people who genuinely care about making a difference.
