Your Role:
• Ensure compliance with ADSL’s QHSE policies and procedures and CDM Regulations.
• Execute projects with minimal disruption and manage customer interface.
• Undertake sub-contractor management including QHSE obligations.
• Day-to-day site management of contractors.
• Comply with ADSL management system for lifecycle, change, backlog, project management, procurement and finance.
• Ensure timely receipt of project documentation and handover to Asset Data Team.
• Provide concise reports on programme and project delivery issues.
What We’re Looking For:
Industry recognised qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or FM. UK Valid Driving Licence required.
Experience & Knowledge:
• Project Management
• Site Management
• Customer Management
• Good IT skills incl. Microsoft Office
Desirable:
• SMSTS
• Experience in MoD/Military environment
• Experience in Construction environment
• Small Works scope writing and specifying
