Responsibilities
* Coordinate implementation and embedding of the Time and Attendance system across the plant.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Operations and Support functions to configure the system reflecting agreed working time rules and policies.
* Monitor data quality, resolve exceptions, and support users to ensure consistent and compliant usage.
* Produce and maintain attendance, absence, and overtime reports for operational control and people insights.
* Act as key point of contact for Time and Attendance queries, issues, and continuous improvement.
* Support rollout and adoption across the plant, providing guidance and first‑line support.
* Maintain system documentation, user guidance, SOPs, and monitor usage and data quality.
* Validate records for payroll and reporting cycles and investigate discrepancies with HR and operations.
* Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities for system effectiveness and data quality.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with Time and Attendance systems, workplace operations, HR systems or payroll support.
* Experience supporting system implementations, process change or operational rollouts in complex or unionised environments.
* Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
* Solid understanding of working time rules, absence management, payroll inputs and data governance.
* Degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Operations or a related discipline.
* Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership from start to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
* Excellent communication across all organisational levels, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
