About the role As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of Central Studios — overseeing all aspects of the building’s operations and ensuring a safe, friendly, and engaging environment for residents. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a small on-site team to deliver excellent service Managing budgets, supplier relationships, and operational performance Maintaining high standards across health & safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction Building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their wellbeing Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactively solving any challenges that arise About you We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in property, hospitality, or accommodation management (student housing experience is a bonus!)
