With 20 staff across Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Kings Hill, we are known for our relationship-led, local approach, and a genuine commitment to quality both for our clients and our candidates.
Each of our offices is led by someone who started as a Recruitment Consultant, so we understand what it takes to succeed, and we are passionate about helping you grow.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Building relationships with local businesses and understanding their recruitment needs
* Interviewing candidates face-to-face and matching them to suitable opportunities
* Proactively calling and approaching new clients to introduce our service
* Managing the full recruitment process - from vacancy brief to placement
* Promoting our service with energy, professionalism, and confidence
* Working across a wide variety of vacancies - from entry level to senior appointments
What We Are Looking For:
* At least 1 year’s experience in a sales, office or customer service role
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
* Confident, personable and motivated to succeed
* Resilient and able to manage a fast-paced workload
* A positive team player who enjoys working with others
Recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential - full training is provided.
