Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working with an award winning, Michelin starred restaurant, in the Exmouth, Devon area.
As a junior sous chef, you will act as the bridge between the executive leadership and the section chefs. You’ll be expected to maintain the highest standards of the pass, while fostering a culture of mentorship and creative growth. Senior Chef de Partie’s wanting to take the next step in their culinary career, with an ambitious and positive background, will be warmly received.
Junior Sous Chef responsibilities will include;
6. Maintain impeccable standards during service, ensuring every plate meets Michelin standards.
7. Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal dish testing.
8. Train and inspire a team of talented commis chefs, passing on refined techniques.
9. Oversee stock control and kitchen efficiency without compromising quality.
