The client is seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer to mainly deal with Strategic Major Applications. The chosen candidate must have experience in dealing with strategic applications at a Principal level.
Role Specific
1. Office presence - 1 or 2 days per week
2. 37 hours per week
3. Hourly rate - approx. £50-55 per hour
4. Local Authority experience.
