Job Description We are now taking on an additional part-time team member in our Food and Beverage Department which includes the bar, restaurant and meeting rooms service. Job Description Set up the restaurant, bar, breakfast area and all areas as required by the hotel, and helps clean and tidy areas and equipment used during his/her work shift. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards. Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Other duties as assigned.
