SHE Advisor – Thames Water Framework Thames Valley Region (Lot 1) Field-Based Role – Travel Required Across the Region The Role As a SHE Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Thames Water Alliance SHE team, working closely with SHE Manager and key stakeholders – from Directors and Clients to site delivery teams and contractors. You will provide expert advice, operational support, and guidance to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and foster a positive safety culture across our sites in the Thames Valley region. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day SHE support and informed advice across multiple operational sites. Support and promote Kier’s SHE strategy, initiatives, and cultural change programmes. Monitor compliance with SHE policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Lead and contribute to incident investigations and audits. Deliver training insights and help identify SHE development needs. Report on SHE performance and trends to internal and external stakeholders. Actively participate in alliance-wide improvement programmes and initiatives. What You’ll Need Essential: NEBOSH Level 3 (or equivalent safety qualification). Experience in construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Full UK driving licence – this is a regional, mobile role. Desirable: Prior experience in the water industry. Experience with incident investigation and reporting.
