AsRoom Leader, youll oversee the day-to-day running of your room, take responsibility for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff, and be approachable for parents and colleagues. Youll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained at all times.
