This is a field-based role covering the Midlands, focused on driving growth across acute hospitals, community care, and private healthcare settings. The successful candidate will manage existing accounts while driving new business acquisition, providing clinical education, and building strong relationships with multi-disciplinary teams. This role combines strategic territory development with hands-on clinical engagement:
* Drive new business acquisition within NHS hospitals and acute care environments (approx. 75% of time).
* Manage and grow existing accounts in community care, ensuring long-term adoption of continence solutions.
* Build strong relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement teams, and infection prevention specialists.
* Develop and execute territory plans informed by market data and local priorities.
* Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals across care settings.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
* Represent the business at clinical meetings, product demonstrations, and regional events.
* Operate independently while contributing to a highly collaborative national team.
Profile
We're looking for a driven sales professional with:
* Proven success in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally in urology, continence, or wound care.
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across multiple care settings.
* Ability to provide clinical support and training in hospital and community environments.
* Commercial acumen and a consultative approach to solution selling.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the Midlands; valid UK driving license required.
