Casanovas Recruitment have a very exciting temporary assignment for 3 months for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on a full time basis in Ipswich – paying up to £40,000 per annum PR / £20.50phWe’re seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a 3 month temporary basis to join a large international organisation with an excellent culture, to support their current heavy casework/investigations.The role:As an ER Advisor you would be reporting directly to Employee Relations Manager, the role will support the function which provides proactive HR advice in line with legislative requirements and best practice.Responsibilities include: * Liaising with and advise Heads of department, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Employees in all aspects of generalist HR. * Managing complex & varied casework, supporting HR colleagues with generalist HR and project work.Skills & experience required: * Experience in dealing with complex and sensitive problems * Effective communication at all levels whilst working autonomously * Pragmatic and flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Strong ER experience gained in front-line environments & a thorough knowledge of UK employment law is essential.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to broaden their employee relations experience in a busy & challenging environment in a company that values all team members, are people driven and promotes a friendly, family feel culture.Salary would be up to £40,000 per annum PR / £20.50ph depending on experience and if the candidate is experienced and performs well, there’s every chance it will go permanent after the 3 months or at least be extended.If you have the Employee Relations experience above and are available to start within a couple of weeks, please contact us today
