This is a full-time, term-time only position with an immediate start available, and would suit someone with experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The role will involve working closely with the SEN and pastoral teams to support students aged 11-16 who require additional help with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The school has a strong support system in place and is looking for a calm, patient and resilient individual who can build positive relationships with students.
