As a Surfacing Operative, it is expected that you possess a strong sense of teamwork, and a flexible approach to work. Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to consistently complete tasks on time, taking pride in delivering a product of superior quality and having a keen eye for detail. This role is not suitable for individuals who dislike travelling, working outdoors, or working during night-time. To truly excel in this role, you must be someone who is renowned for taking pride in their work. Collaborating with a team of experienced operatives, your responsibility will be to carry out tasks as directed by the Foreperson and actively help the experienced members in their roles. Report all accidents, incidents, and any concerns affecting quality and safety.
CSCS card and driving license preferred but not essential; comprehensive industry training provided.
