Planning & Development Support

* Engage with internal planning colleagues to influence applications and design briefs that maximise commercial value.
* Provide inputs on viability, market positioning, and risk as part of planning submissions and early-stage development assessments.

Reporting & Governance

* Lead investment reporting at all stages from acquisition to divestment, ensuring performance is tracked against approved KPIs.
* Prepare and present Investment Committee papers, ensuring clear, data-driven decision-making support.

* Provide mentoring, oversight, and training to junior team members.
* Act as a key liaison across departments and external stakeholders including clients, consultants, funders, and legal teams.

* Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.

Desirable

* MRICS, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
* Experience working with mixed-use or large-scale development projects.
