Facilities Management Systems Coordinator
Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience
Locations: Bolton (preferred) or Stevenage or Bristol - hybrid working: 2-3 days per week on-site
About the role
* Lead the improvement and maintenance of our CVAFM mobile solution to deliver practical and user-focused solutions
* Support the development and implementation of FM technologies and digital tools
* Analyse and optimise the system's performance and workflows
* Translate operation and business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
* Support system upgrades, releases, testing, and documentation in line with regulations
About you
* Hands‑on experience translating business or client requirements into technical solutions
* Experience working with CAFM systems (Planon desirable) or similar FM/asset management platforms
* Experience or interest in mobile solutions and digital tools within FM
* Knowledge of data management, integration, and system configuration
* Experience with JavaScript or similar technologies (highly desirable)
* Background in Estates, Technical Services, or FM environments (desirable)
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
