Job Description:
Owing to a long term commission being awarded our Client is looking to recruit Building Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys on residential housing.
Data collected on tablets is "broad brush" and will include visual inspections of fabric, services and and EPC ratings all required as part of a major asset management plan for planned/preventive maintenance and future investment.
Person Specification:
As a Building Surveyor you will be experienced in carrying out stock condition surveys on residential properties involving all facets including fabric, services and EPC rating.
Training will be provided in aspects of this role to compliment your existing knowledge of Building Surveying in the residential sector.
This is a long term commission so ideally East Yorkshire based Candidates sought for continuity for the Client and ease of commute for the Surveyors carrying out the role.
