Responsibilities
* Assist in the design of urban regeneration, public realm, infrastructure, residential, masterplanning, and commercial projects
* Undertake site studies (levels, soil, ecology, buildings, roads) and soft landscape audits
* Contribute to site appraisals aligned with client requirements
* Prepare CAD drawings under senior guidance
* Support client and stakeholder engagement to build commercial awareness
Project Coordination & Delivery
* Review and check own work prior to project lead sign-off
* Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and project consultants
* Attend site visits and assist with project liaison
* Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
* Take accurate meeting minutes (in line with company protocols) and maintain organised project records
* Follow company procedures to keep project documentation up to date
Business Development
* Stay informed on industry trends and sustainable practices to support new business opportunities
Teamwork & Independence
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Documentation & Reporting
* Compile reports, including imagery and written content
Professional Development
* Participate in CPD and relevant training programmes
