With operations across five key international markets, we are seeking a high-calibre Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our London headquarters and drive the global marketing and brand strategy across all business arms.
The Role
As CMO, you will own the Regent brand at group and divisional levels, ensuring consistency, creativity, and commercial impact across our international operations. A key part of your mission will be to define and embed Regent's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) – ensuring we attract, engage, and retain world-class talent while strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead on brand development, positioning, and EVP across multiple regions and business units.
* Define and roll out a compelling EVP strategy aligned to Regent's values and international growth.
* Drive innovative PR and communications campaigns to elevate Regent's profile globally.
* Deliver a best-in-class events strategy to engage investors, students, employees, and stakeholders.
* Ensure Regent's marketing and communications are commercially aligned, supporting revenue and growth objectives.
* Oversee multi-market campaigns tailored to local markets (UK, US, Dubai, Europe, India).
* Represent Regent at key international events, with regular travel to group locations.
* Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, with strong collaboration across senior leadership.
About You
We are seeking an accomplished marketing leader who can combine strategic vision with commercial acumen. You will bring:
* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally at group or CMO level.
* Strong expertise in branding, EVP, PR, and events within international or multi-sector organisations.
* A track record of delivering commercially impactful marketing and EVP strategies.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to operate effectively across diverse international markets.
* Flexibility to travel regularly as part of the role.
