As the business continues to grow, we're now looking for a Head of Marketing Operations & Delivery to take ownership of marketing delivery, team leadership, and client experience and to remove day-to-day dependency on the founder.
The Role
As Head of Marketing Operations & Delivery, you'll play a senior leadership role within OMS. This role sits at the heart of the business and exists to ensure that marketing delivery across all clients is consistent, high-quality, well-managed, and scalable, without everything flowing through the founder.
This is not a hands-on execution role and not a sales role. It is a delivery leadership, accountability, and quality-control role.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Delivery & Standards
* Oversee marketing delivery across SEO, PPC, web development, and social media
* Ensure work is scoped correctly, prioritised properly, and delivered to a consistently high standard
* Act as the guardian of "how good looks" across all marketing services
* Identify delivery risks early and intervene before issues escalate
Team Leadership & Accountability
* Lead and support the marketing team day-to-day
* Manage workloads, utilisation, and capacity
* Hold team members accountable for quality, deadlines, and communication
* Support development of junior and mid-level team members
Client Experience & Commercial Awareness
* Own delivery from onboarding through ongoing service
* Act as an escalation point where needed
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Reinforce client trust and confidence
Process, Systems & Support
* Own and improve delivery processes
* Ensure standards are documented and followed
* Reduce founder dependency through operational ownership
What We're Looking For
* Proven marketing leadership experience in an agency
* Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, web, and marketing services

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership, operations, delivery, or client services role within a digital marketing agency.
* Demonstrable experience leading and overseeing multi-disciplinary marketing teams (e.g. SEO, PPC, content, web, digital PR, social), with accountability for standards, delivery, and outcomes.
* Strong operational and commercial awareness, including an understanding of:
* Time and capacity planning
* margins and utilisation
* delivery risk and scope control
* Confident managing client relationships at a senior level, including expectation-setting, escalation handling, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities where appropriate.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to fast-moving environments.
* Comfortable working across multiple services and priorities, making decisions independently while knowing when to escalate.
* You do not need to be a hands-on SEO, PPC, or development specialist, but you must have a strong working understanding of how these services fit together, how quality is assessed, and where delivery risks typically arise in an agency setting.
