Your new company This company, based in Preston, is actively seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. They are part of the Engineering Services Group and deliver electrical testing services for an abundance of clients. The company has an excellent working environment and great team morals, and it is an extremely popular company to work for. Your new role Booking in appointments for engineers for repairs. Updating appointments for engineers on a bespoke CRM system. Quickly and efficiently taking inbound calls. Email correspondence and proactively responding to queries. Amending or rescheduling bookings. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within Administration or Customer Service. Proficient with Microsoft Packages and experience working on a CRM system. The ability to work quickly and efficiently and consistently execute a high level of productivity with calls. Excellent attention to detail. Exceptional telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively. What you'll get in return £12.82 per hour premium. Full time Monday-Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm. The potential to be extended or made permanent is dependent on business needs. Role based in the centre of Preston.
