The Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, individualised care as part of our dedicated clinical team. You'll play a key role in ensuring patient safety, dignity, and excellent outcomes, while embodying The Ramsay Way – People Caring for People.

What you’ll do
* Help lead the team by working closely with the Outpatient Manager
* You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes.

* Demonstrate excellent and a high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes.
* Prioritise patient’s health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload.
* Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team.
* Develop excellent working relationships.
* Maintain excellent standards with infection control.
What you’ll bring with you
* Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
* Leadership experience within a Hospital environment.
* Registered with the NMC
* Recent post qualification surgical experience
* Experience of a team approach to care delivery
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment andindependently as required
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
* Demonstrated Customer Service skills
* Demonstrated Computer Skills
