We're looking for a hands-on, collaborative Facilities Manager to help keep our buildings safe, well-maintained and running smoothly, from routine upkeep to mechanical and electrical building services.
Responsible to the Head of Facilities for assisting in the delivery of maintenance, compliance and improvements of/to the building fabric and M&E services for Capital Theatres at the Festival, Kings and Studio Theatres. The position is multi-skilled, and you will have knowledge a variety of disciplines taking a pro-active, positive and flexible approach to support the core business.
The successful candidate must be an excellent team player with great communication skills who can work with numerous in-house teams across the venues as well as visiting companies. A good working knowledge of current Health and Safety practices and IOSH Managing Safely is preferable.
Salary: £39,000 – £42,000 per annum.
