We are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education and contribute towards the development and well being of our pupils.
The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday; working under the direction of the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare the classroom for lessons
* Promote, support and facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation
* Support class teachers with maintaining good order and discipline among pupils
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum qualification of GCSE
* At least 1 year of experience working in an educational setting
* Knowledge and/or experience of the first/primary school curriculum including EYFS
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience and empathy when working with students
* A commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
