I'm working on a brilliant opportunity for a commercially strong Senior National Account Manager / Commercial Manager to join a major player within the fresh food sector.
This is a genuinely broad role with ownership of a key grocery retail account, giving someone the chance to influence:
Commercial strategy
Forecasting & planning
Promotions & pricing
Retailer relationships
Cross-functional delivery
Growth plans across a fast-moving category
The business itself is well-established, highly respected within the industry, and operates at significant scale across the UK and internationally.
They're looking for someone who:
Has experience managing major grocery retail accounts
Understands the pace and complexity of short shelf-life FMCG
Can build strong retailer relationships whilst still being commercially sharp
Is comfortable working closely with operational and supply chain teams
Wants a role with genuine ownership and visibility internally
Produce experience would be beneficial, but the client is also open to strong commercial candidates from other fast-paced FMCG categories.
