The Maintenance Manager role comes with a salary up to £55,000 with a good benefits list and car allowance too.

Responsibilities and duties of the Maintenance Manager role
Reporting to the Operational Lead you will:
1. To drive reliability and performance of anaerobic digestion assets
2. Be accountable for and own the CMMS
3. Plan, coordinate and deliver the improvement projects
4. Work with the team to develop business cases for new projects, including the project scopes, budgets and schedules
5. Lead the management of change process for all plant modification and improvement projects
6. Conduct Risk Assessments, update P&IDs, SOPs and permits
7. Report back to key stakeholders with all project progress
