The Role
We're looking for an Email Campaign Marketing Manager to turn strategy into action You'll own campaign planning, execution, and reporting across email, CRM, SMS, and WhatsApp, keeping campaigns on time, on brand, and delivering real results. You'll work across multiple teams to ensure every campaign is launch-ready, optimised, and impactful.
What You'll Do
* Plan & coordinate campaigns across programmes, intakes, and channels
* Build, send, and optimise campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot)
* Ensure launch readiness with high-quality, compliant campaigns
* Track, report & optimise campaign performance
* Collaborate across teams including CRM, Content, Paid, Digital, and Partners
KPIs / Success Measures
* Campaigns delivered on time and to a high standard
* Increased open, click-through, and conversion rates
* Contribution to enrolment targets
* Fewer errors, rework, and last-minute fixes
* Stakeholder confidence in campaign delivery
Who We're Looking For
* 3 years hands-on experience in email or CRM campaigns
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
* Confident working across teams and pushing back when needed
* Knowledge of email best practices & data protection
