Offer description

Grade: F; scp 17 £15,511 to scp 23 £17,217.
Contract: Permanent 18.5 hours per week.
Role specifics: Qualification in ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent (or commence qualification within 6 months of starting and completing within 2 years of accepting the post)

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced administrators to join the Bolton Family supporting Adults Social Care. You will work closely with Managers, Health Professionals and Social Workers and partner agencies to ensure services run smoothly. Duties include managing administrative staff, providing efficient administrative support, handling queries, organising meetings and events, minute taking, managing payments and maintaining information systems.

You should have managerial experience, office experience, strong communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You

You will have experience working in an administrative or office environment and demonstrating strong communications skills to present information clearly both verbally and in writing.

The role requires knowledge and experience of managing, supervising teams and individuals and an understanding to develop, implement and maintain quality administrative services.

You must have excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently as well as part of a team along with good literacy skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to produce accurate, well‑presented documents.

Experience in handling cash and monitoring payments in line with financial procedures is essential as well as competency to arrange and minute take at meetings.
