Overview

Our care teams are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care. You will be working directly with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and enablement workers daily to achieve resident outcomes and collaborate with NHS professionals as part of partnership working.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care needs.
* Assist residents in a wide range of special interest activities such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
* Work collaboratively with other care staff and NHS professionals to achieve resident outcomes.
