Practice Nurse - Canberra Old Oak Surgery

Canberra Old Oak Surgery is seeking a Practice Nurse for 15 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
Key duties will include:
* Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance. Collaborating with the general practice team to meet patient needs and following practice policies and procedures.
* Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and care evaluation.

Job responsibilities
What we offer as a Practice Nurse:
* Annual salary of up to £48,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Person Specification
Experience
* UK-registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
* Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
* Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.
