Real Estate Solicitor – Jnr Solicitor / Associate.
An established commercial law firm in Belfast is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real‑estate team. This role offers the chance to work with leading clients on some of the most complex and exciting property deals in the region.
You will work on a varied range of transactions such as:
* Advising on property development deals across various industries such as retail, hospitality, commercial office, agriculture, energy and infrastructure.
* Investment deals and property acquisition/disposals.
* Real‑estate finance and asset management.
The client is keen to appoint solicitors who are:
* Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and ideally dual‑qualified in Republic of Ireland, England & Wales or Scotland.
* Experienced in commercial property at a junior or mid‑level (e.g., 1–5 years post‑qualification).
* Confident, autonomous, a team player and highly ambitious.
