We are supporting a global telecommunications organisation based near Reigate who are looking to add a Technical Service Manager to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing briefings to to senior management regarding status and plan of action for support cases
* Liaising with teams as cases are escalated
* Minor projects that fall under support
* Provisioning training to 1st and 2nd line support staff
* Creating support documentation as required
* Tracking trends using the ticketing system and other resources
* Preparing handover notes for other in support teams
The Successful candidate will have:
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Royal Navy technical comms experience
* Understanding of wider MOD networks
* Ability to meet deadlines
* A strong passion for problem solving
* Ability to achieve CV clearance
* Technical experience of electronic/electrical, IT networking equipment and satellite communication
