Triple digit growth YOY Key responsibilities include: Maintain P&L to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target. Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained. Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account. Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (both on and offline). Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance. Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional audits Develop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full. Skills & Experiences: You have experience in FMCG sales, beauty, or account management Boots/Superdrug/Top 4 Grocer a plus You possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency. You're a proactive self-starter with a keen attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams. You’re passionate about the beauty wellbeing industry.
