This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys cooking fresh, hearty food from scratch in a busy, welcoming environment. The menu focuses on quality pub classics, including homemade lasagne, gourmet burgers, and traditional Sunday roasts all prepared fresh on-site. The Role: ? Preparing and cooking all dishes from scratch ? Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation ? Managing prep and service during busy periods ?
