You will be part of a team transforming how restaurants operate. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your local area. By understanding their unique needs, you will develop customized solutions to help their business thrive. We need your passion and sales expertise to build the Toast brand in your territory.
This is a field sales role, with 60% of your time in the field and 40% working from home.
The estimated total targeted cash compensation range for this role is £95,000—£105,000 OTE, including base salary, commission, and potential equity or benefits. This role offers uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be based on skills, experience, and location.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing (experience with self-sourcing clients is a plus).
2. Conduct demos and develop solutions tailored to prospect needs.
3. Partner with teams across the business to meet expectations set during sales in delivery.
4. Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities.
5. Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively in the market.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or related fields.
2. Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) as this is a field position.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with negotiation abilities at all decision levels.
4. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
6. Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable.
7. Basic proficiency with software; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
