A well-established company, based in Castle Donington, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a 12-month contract to assist in the service department. This role is fast paced, varied and will include helping customers who have faults with their products.
* Taking calls from customers who are having problems with their products
* Answering calls and getting details of the issues
* Create a case on CRM and log all the issues
* Arranging for technical to go out and fix the problem
* General administration
We are looking for someone who can multitask, remain calm under pressure and have good communication skills on the phone.
The role is fully office based, hours are 8:30 to 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch, 25 days holiday and a salary of £25,000 to £27,500 per annum
