Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive leadership to all Roers General Contracting Project Executives in the Minnesota region.
* Collaborate with the Senior Director of Construction Operations to assign project teams and execute new projects.
* Instill core company values in all project teams and ensure adherence to RGC procedures.
* Serve as subject matter expert on companywide best practices and conduct training.
* Recognize and drive operational improvements through observation or direct recommendations.
* Lead monthly project update meetings and bi‑weekly operations workload discussions.
* Maintain primary profit/loss responsibility for all construction teams and projects, promoting cost integrity.
* Coordinate recruitment efforts with Human Resources to hire adequate staffing and build a high‑performance team.
* Develop and monitor annual performance goals for direct reports and ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Provide quarterly budget updates and action plans for projects out of budget compliance.
Requirements
* BS Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
* 15 years of project management experience, prioritizing multi‑family housing construction.
* Working knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and multi‑family construction methods.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Procore Financials, and Procore Pay.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $154,700 – $197,300
