Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including: Cleaning f equipment Cleaning and maintaining glassware and china fr service Preparatin of bar station Serving f beverages Table service Recrding of replacement stock Billing prcedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
14. Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
15. Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
