Overview:
You will support and coach individuals to achieve CII Apprenticeship and progress their Insurance career. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector.
A typical week:
* Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
* Review & feedback on assignments
* Prepare learners for exams
* Work closely with stakeholders
You'll need the following:
* 2 years Insurance sector experience
* Experience of training or coaching others
* Professional & clear communication skills
* CII Certificate or Diploma Qualified (desirable)
