The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:
Have experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here
Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
Own transport would be ideal due to the semi-rural location, or be looking to relocate to the area and use the accommodation available
Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
