Job Description
Morgan Hunt are currently seeking a customer-focused Property Services Administrator to support the delivery of an efficient, high-quality repairs and maintenance service. The role will be for 3 months initially.
You will support the Property Services Team in delivering reactive and cyclical maintenance, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.
Main Duties
* Coordinate and administer reactive repairs and maintenance works
* Raise works orders
* Support the management of void properties
* Assist with gas safety monitoring to maintain 100% compliance
* Process invoices, insurance claims and tenant recharges
* Liaise with contractors, finance staff and external agencies
* Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and record customer feedback
You will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Experience within property maintenance or housing is essential.
