Cintra's expenses platform is growing — and so is the team behind it. As our Expenses Support Consultant, you’ll be the expert clients turn to from day one: onboarding them confidently, solving problems efficiently, and making sure they get real value from the platform every step of the way.
You're the person clients trust. The one who makes a new product feel effortless, resolves a tricky query before it becomes a problem, and spots a better way to do things. We're looking for exactly that.

What you’ll do
* Become the go‑to product expert on our expenses platform
* Lead client onboarding and deliver engaging, effective training
* Resolve client queries quickly and professionally
* Build lasting relationships that drive long‑term success
* Gather feedback and feed insights back into the product
* Collaborate across Product, Support, and Delivery teams
What you’ll bring
* Experience in a client‑facing SaaS support, onboarding, or training role
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A proactive, solutions‑first mindset
* Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities with ease
* Interest in expenses, fintech, or financial systems
* Experience with expenses software is a bonus — not a must
