Job overview Sirona care & health are looking for a strategic leader to oversee a complex portfolio of Adult Services across BNSSG. This senior role will lead on all contracts and performance submissions to commissioning partners, driving quality, compliance and value for money while delivering against organisational priorities. Providing senior leadership to Associate Directors and operational managers across three geographies, the post holder will champion excellence in operational delivery, embed innovative solutions and represent Sirona externally at Board level. Advert Lead and submit the monthly, quarterly and annual contractual submissions to fulfil all contractual requirements identifying opportunities for improved value for money, quality and performance within the context of the adult service’s strategic plans. Lead the Planning and work closely with other Business Management Teams and take responsibility for large programmes of work across the organisation, ensuring successful outcomes and transformation. Working closely with the Associate Directors of Adult Services and key senior leads to develop the annual business plan ensuring it aligns to Sirona’s strategic objectives. Lead the data collections and quality narrative returns from service leads and oversee the BI analysis to submit contractual formal submissions to our commissioning partners and the Board.
