Civils Supervisor \n Hounslow\n £45,000 - £50,000 plus Van\nWe are currently seeking a Civis Supervisor to join our Highways Engineering Clients. The role will be based in Hounslow and comes with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus van.\n\nResponsibilities for Civils Supervisor\n\nConduct pre-site surveys and risk assessments to assess feasibility, ensuring necessary adjustments are communicated to the Project Manager.\nIdentify permit requirements and provide timely information to secure necessary approvals.\nEngage with clients, end users, and the public to communicate upcoming works and minimize disruptions.\nReview site plans and documentation, ensuring essential materials such as utility stats and engineering drawings are readily available.\nOversee daily site operations, ensuring the right personnel, equipment, and protective gear are in place while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.\nProvide timely updates on deferrals from estimates (DFEs) to the Project Manager and ensure correct processes are followed for approvals.\nManage material and plant orders efficiently to meet key project milestones.\nConduct regular toolbox talks, audits, and compliance checks.\nContinuously review on-site risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure compliance with site documentation processes, ensuring proper records and photographic evidence.\nMaintain positive relationships with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and professionalism.\nEnsure all personnel adhere to health & safety standards, including correct PPE usage and risk management protocols. \nRequirements for Civils Supervisor\n\nProficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nValid NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor card\nFirst Aid certification\nSSSTSIf the Civils Supervisor role has taken your interest, or you have any questions, apply with your latest CV and I will be in touch to discuss the next steps of your application.\n \n Ross Stott @ Utilise
