* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year.
* Hours: Monday to Friday – No Weekends.

Your Role
As a key member of our Cardiff team, you will be responsible for:
* Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out servicing and repairs to the highest standards.
* Diagnostics: Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify complex faults.
* MOT & Safety: Conducting thorough vehicle health checks and MOT-related repairs.
* Technical Reporting: Completing accurate video health checks (VHC) and digital job cards to keep customers informed.
* Efficiency: Working within set timescales to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Quality: Ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in peak condition.
* Teamwork: Collaborating with our skilled technicians to keep Cardiff moving.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance / City & Guilds is preferred.
* Skills: Strong technical knowledge and a "right first time" approach.
* Experience: Diagnostic and problem-solving skills are a major advantage.
* Compliance: A valid UK driving license is required.
