As a Team Leader, you will be energetic, passionate and someone who thrives off managing a team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the team, in charge with assisting customer repayments. This individual will be someone who can think outside the box and who champion s themselves on delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop your team to help them achieve their potential and maintain a high level of performance at both a team and individual level Set, manage and monitor assistant objectives at a team and individual level Keep up to date with debt collection regulation and ensure that all policies and processes are all compliant Complete regular quality checks and give effective feedback and coaching to individuals and the team Work closely with the Continuous Improvement team to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Take responsibility for both internal and external audits and ensure that any relevant actions are taken Interviews will be held ASAP.
