Salary: £35k-£40k basic depending on experience per annum + benefits + genuine commission OTE £45k-£50k + top earners
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Partnership Sales Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, family-oriented company that prides itself on innovation, collaboration, and delivering market-leading solutions.
They are a provider of SaaS platforms for digital content services to businesses across a variety of sectors. Clients range from independent businesses in hospitality, beauty and healthcare and include major brands such as Mercedes, the NHS, and Virgin Active & Landrover. They also provide SaaS platforms to magazine and content publishers.
As they expand their software and digital services offering, they’re looking for a confident, strategic, and results-driven sales professional to lead the growth of their partnership network. This includes building relationships across a broad spectrum of businesses from hospitality to leisure and travel, as well as content publishers to create long-term partnerships and drive revenue and growth.
The Role
1. Identify, approach and secure new strategic partnerships across key sectors.
2. Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
3. Understand partner needs and craft tailored digital and print solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and account growth.
5. Meet and exceed partnership sales targets and KPIs.
6. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
The Person
7. 5+ years of proven experience in partnership sales.
8. Out-of-the-box thinking to create new routes to market.
9. 2 + years selling SaaS either directly or through partnerships.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
11. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client challenges.
12. A self-starter with a positive outlook and a drive to succeed.
13. Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
14. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
15. Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
