You will provide compassionate and enthusiastic support, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and assist with day‑to‑day care activities.</p><h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3><ul><li>A recognised Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to complete it within 18 months of appointment</li><li>A positive attitude and experience working with children and young people</li><li>Ability to work over a 7‑day shift rota including weekends and sleepovers</li><li>Enhanced DBS clearance</li></ul><h3>Employment Details</h3><p>Part‑time role of 30 hours per week.
