Your new role
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing highways projects across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes:
* Supervising site activities and workforce.
* Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Reporting progress and resolving on-site issues promptly.
* Ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
This role involves regular travel to different sites, so flexibility and strong organisational skills are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in highways or civil engineering projects.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety standards (CSCS card required).
* SSSTS Required.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
